Isn't AHX Labs a product company?
Yes, first. Our own products take most of our time. We take on a small number of bespoke builds where the problem is a strong fit, because the same discipline applies, and because serious problems inside organisations make us better at building products.

Who owns what we build?
You do. The code, the data and the documentation belong to your organisation. If you would rather we keep running and improving it, we can agree that separately.
How do you price it?
After discovery we give you a fixed scope and a clear price for the first working version, so there are no open-ended invoices. Later work is agreed in the same way.
How do you handle our data?
We only access what the product needs, keep it inside the systems you approve, and remove our access when the work ends. We are happy to work under your security and confidentiality terms.
